A patient suffering from migraine should follow a healthy and active lifestyle to reduce the impact of the attack. The patient should try to escape stress as much as possible. If one also suffers from light and sound then one should prefer being in a dark and cool room. The sufferers should follow steps to maintain a hand able low temperature around their head. A healthy diet with proper vitamins, proteins and carbohydrates should be strictly followed. One should consume maximum quantity of water in one's diet as migraine causes nausea and vomits and thus the proper intake of water helps one in maintaining water level in the body.
